Intervention necessary

Weight gain/loss - how to take off the lbs
Eat vegetables. Eat smaller portions.  
Keep the calories at 1200 daily. Exercise 40-60 mins. daily.
Considering with my current position - 
i am on my feet moving (walking) 2.5-5 hours, 5 days a week 
and I've not dropped a lb in 6 weeks, 
it has to be my caloric intake that needs an intervention.
